Dictation
We can provide one of many dictation scenarios.

Calling into our Toll-Free 800 number. - You will have complete access to all of your previous dictations which are stored on our secure voice server for a period of 1 year.

Dictating on a digital handheld recorder. - Your PC will have a complete archive of all voice files uploaded to it. Compressed zip files named by date and time will make it easy to locate your dictations should you need to.

Dictating on a Pocket PC. - Similar to the handheld option, but allows you to specify the priority of the job, MR#, correct name spelling, and other information pertaining to each dictation.

Interfacing with current in-house dictation technology. - If you have a dictation system already in place at your facility, we will be able to call in to retreive voice directly from your system. Whether you prefer our Transcriptionists call in directly, or have the dictations re-recorded to our system, Hypertype can help.
Any of these situations will accomodate around-the-clock ability to dictate, and access the dictations. Because of these features, we are not confined to the New York State area. We can accomodate your facility's needs where ever your location.
Transcription
Our 24-7 transcription service will attend to all your needs, with Qualified and Experienced Medical Transcriptionists and Quality Control Professionals. All of whom are bound to a strict HIPAA confidentiality statement; as well as our entire office staff. We are proud of our 100% American service.
Medrite© by Crescendo Systems Corporation, was designed specifically for medical records; providing custom designs and layouts for your facility. Logs containing information of the originator, patient, report type, line count, and job number accompany each batch of completed work that we send.
Our billing is comprised of three major factors:
- Average Volume
- Difficulty
- Required Turnaround
We have a 24 hour turn around time on the completion of reports. In the case of stat reports, the turnaround time is immediate.
